How much time do I need to invest?

Embrace You has been designed to be completed in 4 weeks, however as the journey to embrace is as unique as you are, be flexible in your approach. Take the time you need to get the most out of the program. The amount of time you put in will reflect the value you get. We suggest 1-3 hours a week but that doesn’t have to be done in one go. Complete the activities at your own pace in your own space.

What if I miss a week?

That’s fine! Just pick up where you left off. This isn’t a race, so take it at your own pace (there’s no gold star for completing the episodes early!) It’s not a disaster if the learning takes you longer than 4 weeks.

How long do I have access to the content?

You will have lifetime access to Embrace You. There is no expiry date.

Can I do Embrace You on the go?

Yes! All of the episodes are available as downloadable audio files so you can listen at your leisure, in the car on your way to work or wherever you can find 10 minutes. You can easily access the course content online, through a computer, smart phone, laptop or tablet so it couldn’t be more simple.

About Me

I’m Taryn Brumfitt, Director of Embrace the documentary. I’ve helped women all over the world to embrace their bodies.

I used to hate my body but then I learned to embrace it, it felt like I’d won the golden ticket and I want you to feel that too! I have shared my story on how I learned to love my body in Embrace the documentary and the number one piece of feedback that I receive is ‘how do I embrace’?
